Our Mission

We are committed to supporting the healing from family of origin wounds with care, clarity, and compassion. Early family experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others, often creating patterns that persist well into adulthood. Our approach brings awareness to these patterns while honoring the complexity of family systems and the resilience it takes to navigate them.

Grounded in trauma-informed practice, our work blends thoughtful education with practical, reflective tools designed to promote insight without judgment or blame. We believe healing happens at your own pace, in ways that feel emotionally safe and empowering. Our goal is to help you better understand your story, reconnect with your sense of self, and move forward with greater confidence, balance, and choice.

We are Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists and Certified EMDR providers specializing in systemic and relational healing. We have a particular focus on family of origin wounds and relational ruptures in childhood. We have been in practice together for over a decade, and have run a successful private practice since 2019.

Our Story

We have become passionate educators in the community, which is where this workbook (and other exciting upcoming releases) has come from. We have learned that people benefit greatly from understanding their story within the context of a larger framework, which is what our lessons hope to provide.
